These terms cover use of this website. The work itself is governed by the separate engagement contract we sign with you — where the two disagree, the contract wins.

Using this site
You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site's design, code or copy to build a competing offering, or misrepresent our services.
The Society 5 Solutions name, logo and page designs remain ours.
What the figures mean
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. The Managed Teams estimate is a model, not a quote: the local comparison figures are fully loaded estimates, and your real number comes from a scoping call.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. An engagement starts when both parties sign a contract.
Two separate services
Technology and Managed Teams are contracted separately. Taking one creates no obligation to take the other, and the terms of one do not carry across to the other.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is error free or continuously available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
