What we collect

When you send us an enquiry we collect the name, email address, country, optional phone number, the services you selected and the message you wrote. That is the whole form — we do not ask for anything we would not need to reply.

When you request an estimate from the Managed Teams calculator we collect the name and email you type, together with the role, hours, headcount and timing you selected.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent enquiry data to anyone.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote or a scoping call, and to keep a record of what was agreed. If you become a client, contact details are used to administer the engagement.

The lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running the engagement.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered to our own inbox through Resend, our transactional email provider. The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard request logs.

We share your details with a client only when you are a candidate and you have agreed to be put forward for that role.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for as long as the contract and applicable tax and employment rules require.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@s5solutions.co and we will action it within 30 days.
